I have primarily zeroed in on JioCinema for a Data Analyst/ Data Scientist role & Noon for an Assistant Manager - Analytics role. What can you tell me about the culture in these 2 companies. Looking for honest reviews only from current/ ex employees. I have offer from an upcoming fintech startup also but not considering due to toxic leaders there ( figured from the interview ). Middle managers are shit. They will just gaslight in the name of owner and career development get their work done.
My friends manager just comes and scroll Amazon and sent reels. How do I know if he sents reels or not. Because he sent to me all the time during work hrs
And he says I work when you guys leave. Also, get used to constant beizzati for no reason even if you did your best work.
Don’t get me started on design and product. Have given interviews. Only they make app look beautiful. But everyone knows how the app looks.
But I have bit of respect for upper management. Personally be friends most of them, it can be my biased too.
