Wanted to know what the culture at viacom18/jio cinemas is like. Especially in the tech team. Any current employes would like to share an honest review?
Everyone working especially the managers are worst. Tech devs are all wanna be influencers, better join some other company.
I worked in the movies team at motion pictures. Tech team at Voot was helmed by an isb guy then and the setup was new. Overall culture us good. However, growth sucks as people come.and settle for years and your role is limited and you end up doing the same thing without profile growth due to too many specialists and large teams. Getting a promotion is slow and 2 years based in some companies.

Does anyone have any experience with or knowledge about Viacom18/ Jio Cinema with regards to culture, financial perks and quality of work - especially after the acquisition? I am evaluating an opportunity in their strategy team. TIA
