“Figma Designers” new LinkedIn trend?

I didn't see any hiring thread specifically for product designers. Most are catered towards engineering and PM roles. If your company has any openings or if you come across any good openings please mention here. Will be valuable for everyone I'm also looking out. I have 4.5 YOE currently working at a product company (not Capgemini) Cheers!

Yo. Is anyone's company looking for Product Designers? (With decent pay?) I'm looking for a change. There are so many fake openings on LinkedIn. Naukri got NO Naukri. Other platforms are dead. I got almost 2 years of experience. I did internships at great companies. Got a formal degree. Have been a pseudo PM as well. I can think of UX before the UI. Not really the average figma to framer AeStHeTiC-Minimalist designer. Do DM me if you got openings and can get me hired

I'm a designer with around 5 years of experience and I'm at a bad stage in my company because I'm currently remote and they are forcing us to relocate. Those who are denying are being asked to resign. Because of this I was applying to multiple jobs on LinkedIn and there are hardly any good openings and half of the openings seem fake as if they are farming resumes. I was reading about this one and apparently companies do this because they want to show they're hiring but in actuality they aren't. I even applied to a couple of openings on a Sunday morning at 6 am and I got a rejection within an hour lol. Don't tell me recruiters are working on a Sunday morning. Idk if I'm the only one facing this issue. If anybody has any openings in their company it would be great if you can refer me. I'm not working at Capgemini. It's a burner account.

I don't think I have a future in India. In about 2 years, proposals for marriage will start coming for me and family members will start harassing me for it. Also, would like to find a partner (which is quite impossible here). I am a product designer and want to move out of this country as soon as the job market is stable. How can I move to US/Western Europe apart from doing masters as a product designer? Do companies hire product designers from other countries? Or is it more easy as engineer? Please don't troll here, I am already depressed all the time and can't handle it more YoE-4 TC- 16LPA

I’m starting a new channel called Humans of LinkedIn, where I will talk about all the hardships faced by the Influencers and Top Voices on LinkedIn in getting customers for their Topmate or course pages. The idea is to help people build a brand for themselves so that they can sell their services to people who are in genuine need of help and/or mentorship. If you are helping people for free, that is not acceptable by us, because we believe people should only help people for money. P.S.
