Finding Off Campus opportunities for developer

I am currently in my final year of btech cse from a tier 3 college. So i am looking for opportunities in the industry it can be internships or jobs but dont know how to get started. So please let me know if you have any tips regarding off campuses or have any opportunities for me. My technical skills include c++, python, Fullstack webdev (mern) and Blockchain

I am 20, a full stack developer. I have experience working with typescript, javascript, solidity, c ,React, Next. I have worked on 2-3 projects as a full stack developer. I am a computer engineering student from a tier 3 college in Pune. Now that I am in the last couple of months of my 6th semester multiple companies have come to our campus but I haven't gotten an internship. How do i search for internships off campus? Are there any tips from some experienced people like what do companies look at when giving out internships. Since last month I started applying off campus using linkedin and other websites but I am not getting any callbacks for interviews or even online tests. Previously I haven't done any internships but have done projects which I have out on my resume. Please forgive me if the format of this post is wrong, vague or broad. I am writing a grapevine post for the first time.

I'm a frontend dev, with close to 5 years of workex. I've been trying to switch to a full stack dev role for a couple of years now. Tried switching internally, but it didn't work because there were too many backend devs and too much dependency. Stuck with an infinite leetcode loop, did online courses but couldn't put those skills to work in building projects. I'm looking for some advice with a focus on cracking the interviews. Hey guys, I'm stuck in an MNC currently without any real world project for almost half an year now. I've been building projects on my own and looking for a switch. Since, situation in the market is a little tight, I'm hardly finding any non internship opportunities for freshers. Kindly let me know of any sources or any suggestions on how to move on from here. I usually get hired with in 30 job applications, also I apply to the role only if 70% and above role match with my previous experience also use referrals when available. I'm a 3rd year student looking for internship opportunities in December. I'm looking for potential full stack roles. I tend to work on scalable backend stuff and on the frontend side, I've worked on decent projects (mostly integrating ml models with a frontend). The thing is, I'm confused right now. I feel like it's better to start working in a startup as I don't have practical industry experience. My main issue right now is not knowing how to find startups or how to email them, what to include in the email and so on. I'm completely blank and new to applying for jobs and I'm looking for some input here on how to approach this.

Hi everyone, I am from a Tier-1 engineering college, looking for jobs in Product space. Any idea, what kind of companies/which sector is hiring right now? College placements have been really bad this year, and applying off-campus has been a real pain (no replies, calls from companies). This is not the first time I am applying off campus, I know it's a tiring process especially at a fresher level, but this time it has been worse.
