Finding a house in Bangalore

Hi Folks, My office is in Bellandur. I am planning to rent a 1bhk but the rates at Bellandur are absurd.(28k -30k) Any recommendations which area should I look for properties. Have heard a lot about Bangalore traffic and dont want to travel much.

I joined a new team in my company which is located at banglore. My company is located at Bellandur. Need advice like, Where can I find a good PG to stay in initially. And then which is nearest place with good 2bhk homes in affordable price.

I am planning to move to Bangalore this month. Should I rent a flat out from nobroker or should I stay in a PG for a few months. What would be ideal? My office is in bellandur any help/suggestion is welcomed. TIA.

I have to relocate to Bangalore for job as a fresher (Office at Bellandur) by end of July. They're providing a 10 day accomodation and later I'll have to arrange a PG or apartment for myself. Hello peeps, I'm relocating to Bangalore early June. My office is in central Bangalore near Vidhana Soudha and my wife's office is in Marathahalli. I'd be commuting thrice a week and she'd be commuting twice a week to office. What would be an ideal place to live for us? We'd prefer living in a gated community.

Namaskara. Folks in Bellandur and those who travel nearby frequently, has the Municipality done any work to prevent flooding in Bellandur this year, given last year the whole area flooded really bad. What's the probability the area will flood again like last year? My office is in Bellandur and I'm thinking of finding an accommodation nearby to cut down travel expenses. Will it be a wise decision, given rents have shot up Bellandur area.
