First team offsite - new grad

Basically the title I'm visiting Bangalore for the first time, what all should I be doing? I'm a non - techie, working in the tech field (Web 3 specifically) so any recommendations for events, places to check out or people to meet would be highly appreciated! Also, is the Grapevine office open for curious visitors? Have heard its a view that makes Greeks jealous :3

In the Blr since a month, in the Marathalli area. Not any friends nearby. First time out of home town. Not any friends in the company as well, mostly I sit alone just casual hi hellos. Don't drink or party hence just stuck in PG. I want to network with people and find interesting startups. Can even start doing something on the side. Let's connect if you are around ? Hey guys, So I'm a senior BTech CSE engineering student from a Tier 2 college in Karnataka and I will be interning at a Top MNC in Bangalore over the summer for 2 months. Any advice for me? As I will be entering the infamous corporate world as a new chapter in my life, I wanna know how the dynamics in corporate works and what I should prepare for. Thank you lads.

I am a middle class guy working as a senior engineer in one of the product companies. I belong from the north-east, and I am the only child in my family. Since covid, I was working in a wfh setup. Recently, my company has ended work from home for everyone, and I am supposed to move to Bangalore very soon or quit. I am an active user on all social media groups on Reddit, Fb, etc. For the past couple of months after seeing so much of negative news about Bangalore, Especially the high population, skyrocketing rents, the auto unions, corruption, cut-throat competition, discriminative news, traffic issues, etc. It makes me nervous to be honest. My wfh here was pretty chill, and I had a very limited social circle here, but was satisfied since I could spend most time with my mom and dad. Im very afraid now about what should I do next, shall I quit the job and search for wfh, or shall I make my move. I don’t have any acquaintances there, no friends, no idea about what I’ll be doing next, how to start house hunting, or job hunting. At this point I am miserable and overwhelmed to think about all of this. Anyone who has gone through all of these, If you can share your 2cents, experiences or thoughts, about how you dealt this phase. It will be really helpful for me at this point in my journey. Am still figuring out my niche. Could you guys please suggest what kind of events I should attend to meet people, what are some of the X (Twitter), Reddit, Instagram or any other such SM pages to follow so that I am relevant with the things happening here? I am up for part time jobs and apprenticeships if available to start immediately or after skilling up myself with the requirements. PS. As I am still finding my niche, any sector is good enough to begin with, but since I am a Biomedical Engineering Graduate, I would prefer something in the Medtech arena.

Going on a Goa trip to office folks for the first time. Any advice and things to worry about Ps I am a male

Question to bachelors working in a remote job from a metro like Bangalore, Delhi or Mumbai and not living with parents. How do you deal with not having people around you ? Does it get lonely sometime ? How do you manage your day and schedule around work in general ? Context :- I've got a job offer from an Indonesia based startup and they don't have an office in India. I've never worked a remote job, except COVID and I don't know if I should work from the metro or go back home? Benefits of Metro : You get to be around people who work similar jobs. Benefits of home : You save money and life is a little peaceful there.
