Flutter Developer as a career

I hold a 3 yr experience in QA, and I tend to be the favourite tester/Quality Analyst for my clients as well. Before that I was a flutter developer for 4 months and i enjoyed development. I continued to work on flutter in my free time in parallel with QA tasks. But i have no written proof or experience in flutter. I left it after 1 year as managing both were difficult. I want to start picking flutter again, but somewhere I think I would not be an efficient developer as I'm an efficient and a good QA. Can someone please help me here? Help me to understand if i should pick flutter or not? N if I should, will I get a higher pay than I am receiving today? Thanks!

Have we need to learn more related technologies like React-Native, Android Development using Kotlin etc. to be employeeble in market? 3. I have been a flutter developer for about 1 year and currently there are no upcoming projects. I have been on the bench for about 4 months now and this is not good for my appraisal too. What do you guys think about changing the tech stack? I want to become an iOS dev but man there are absolutely no projects at all and our company doesn't support much of iOS or flutter or native rather they focus on React Native

Hello friends, I am a iOS developer with 5YOE and currently cannot decide what should i learn next. Dilemma between flutter and react native because I’ve just heard - flutterUI is nice and easy to reload than react native but then react native has job opportunities more than flutter. Also what can be better to learn in next.. say 6-8 months?

I am react native developer 1.7 years of experience in the skills. I want to upgrade my skills but I am confused which one to choose Swift or flutter. According to market and future path.

I have 10years of work ex totally into FE. Outside India, there are a lot of IC roles and Architect roles for Frontend Devs but not the same in India. Wonder what role do they transition to given they have been totally into FE. Moving to Backend doesnt make sense IMO. Manager option is for Backend folks. Almost all the openings I see for Tech Managers, their requirements revolve around backend tech.
