FnF stuck at UNext

Hi its been 45 days company hasn’t paid me for the last 40 days, today I completed 45 days and now they are stating that FnF closure is 45 working days so you can expect 60 days.

They haven’t sent me any calculation as well but all I got to know is they f you up in fnf.

Any legal action which can be taken or the FnF contract is 45 working days? While the document said “within 45 days of reliving”

My previous company told me they'll do in 90 days. Although I think there is a rule which states it should not be delayed for more than 30 days. I think action can be taken, but before that directly call the HR and ask
