This is ridiculous. How do Investors make money on the side? Name and shame pls. We all should learn.
Investors might be verbally pushing founders for growth. That's it. Founders always have a choice to push back and decide the path forward.
Cooking books is not justified. It increases the burden on 99% honest entrepreneurs. Such entrepreneurs should be fired from th company.
Siphoning of funds is the utmost case of ethics and breaking call. Such founders should be sent to jail.
