I will be graduating in 2024 May and looking for opportunities in Product Management so just wanted to leverage this platform to understand the expectation of startups from a fresher in the field of product management and maybe start an open thread for startups to post opportunities for people like me. I personally have over 1 year of product management experience and would love to join a high growth startup. Any suggestions are most welcome!

Hello everyone, This is my first post. I am a recent graduate from NIT, and unfortunately, I haven't been able to get a placement. My career goal is to work in a Product Management (PM) role. As a fresher, I've taken the initiative to start learning about this industry I have completed four courses in Product Management, covering areas such as: - Product Analysis - Go-to-Market Strategy - Market Analysis I am eager to apply my skills and start my journey in this exciting field. I am looking for opportunities where I can further develop my expertise and grow as a Product Manager. Any advice or leads on where I can apply to gain more experience would be greatly appreciated. Hey! Looking to transition into Product management role. I have worked in early stage startups and have been involved in side projects. Is anyone hiring or can refer me?

I am a 2023 graduate and a product Enthusiast. I am from a top tier NIT but unfortunately no companies come for PM roles. I have no idea why. I have a placement in a very good company and a very good salary but im not satisfied because its not in Product. What are my options, what do I do? I am not at all interested in another rat race to the IIMs and MBA degrees. I just want to work and hustle. What can I do?? Appreciate all the suggestions. Thank you

Hello folks, I have total 2.5 yrs experience & 1.4 yrs of experience in product where I have- 1. worked on very early-stage startups(e-commerce, fulfillment) 2. collaborated with multiple teams 3. managed product life cycle 4. helped in creating good user experiences With the current competition in the job market, im having a difficult time finding one. Im not at all happy at my current job. There is no sense of respect & recognition whatsoever. I feel like im stuck between multiple excel sheets. There is no core product work happening.
