Friendly advice on healthy eating

Try to eat healthy, drink a minimum of 4 litres of water a day. Eat apples, oranges, coconut water, dry fruits, and vegetables. Why this post? I was eating very healthy till I was a student. After changing cities for work, the focus on diet got lost. Lately I have been facing many many health issues be it back, nerves, skin and what not. I have started to eat healthy, it's a slow process but if done right it'll get better and soon I'll be on track. This is just friendly advice if you are not eating well you might end up like me. This will also burn your pockets due to hefty doc/medicine charges. Also put in a daily run if not workout with this.
