Hey all I will graduate in 2 months due to bad market conditions, companies not visiting college, someone like me got less paying job , so anyone guide me for next 6m what we need to do so we are capable to get a better job thanks in advance

Hi, I am currently 22, graduated recently from a tier 2 institute and currently working at a US based startup earning 18lpa ( almost all base ) + rsu's, lately my family have been nagging me to do a postgrad, I am confused weather I should do an MBA, MS or not do a postgrad at all considering the years I will miss in workex. What should be my best course of action considering ROI in the next 10-15 years ?? P.S. Currently I am not sure what my interest lies in, but just try to excel at whatever comes my way.

Hi folks, I got laid off today from a YC-backed startup (W23) citing a shift in product focus. Was part of the core team since Oct '21, initially as an intern then later converted to FTE in '22. Got a decent (30%+) increment this year. I was leading the mobile platform but currently, I'm on a notice period. CTO is supportive and helping me via their network. I graduated from college about 3 months back and have been applying, cold emailing and doing everything but things aren't moving- either there are too many applicants, budget is not right or the role is shit. I have good internship experience with established cos. but still unable to land at a good place where I can grow and learn. What shall I do? Do you know if someone's hiring? I have also been thinking about doing masters but not so keen.

I’m a upcoming 4th year Integrated msc chemistry(5 year) student from NIT Warangal and I have an exit option after 4th year also, i.e with the bachelors degree and as of now I have decided to go with this. But the major concern for me is that my college won’t be allowing me for the campus placement. How and when should I start reaching out for off-campus Product/Analyst roles? I was thinking of reaching out to campus recruiters from companies that hire from my college and other colleges, Will that work?

Hey Folks, I am a final year BMS grad from DU with over 14 months of internship experience at various startup’s as a generalist intern. I am out looking for a job but every startup needs immediate joining whereas I have 3 months of college left and I see no point in interning anymore. I'm 24 year old unemployed. I graduated in 2021 with BTech IT from tier 3 college. Initially I was preparing for UPSC exam but I gave up after few months and now for a year I have been learning Front End Development and have learnt HTML, CSS, JS & ReactJS but unable to find a job. I made a lot of mistakes in past and didn't learned from them. I'm not good at anything. I apply daily at different platforms ex: wellfound (formerly angellist), hirist, hirect, instahyre, cutshort, individual mass hiring companies off campus but from nowhere I'm getting interview call even if I get call I'm not able to clear interview. Now the thing is my parents gave me ultimatun to get out of the house by April 1st they don't care what type of job I do. I don't understand what can I do now. I'm willing to do hardwork and learn from my mistakes I just need little guidance to get on a track. If anyone can guide me on how to get a job or any advice. I would really appreciate it.
