First get you're blood test done, i'm sure you may nutritional deficiency that's main reason causing haifall Blood test should include CBC, Vit D,Vit B12, iron, zinc & thyroid test

Then consult a doctor with these report, fix your nutritional levels, remember it takes time atleast 3-6 months, first indication of recovery is your hairfall will reduce then hair will start to grow gradually over period of time Most important have healthy diet & good sleep

First, Go to derma. I was given to apply minoxidil when i was 22, I ignored and the future isnt so good now.

second, Start using mineral/ro water to wash your head everyday. You can also use shower head filter from amazon.

You may have vitamin d and zinc deficiency
