Guidance for placement

I am a student in a tier 3 college, my placement season is starting in 2months

Current Knowledge -

-> Dsa: Average in dsa, like >30min for leetcode medium questions and sometimes not able to solve also, rarely able to solve hard question

-> Dev: Html, css, js, react and currently learning backend for making some good projects

Questions:

1. What should I realistically do in order to get a decent placement ?
2. How much time should I give to what thing so that I can prepare well in 60days ?
3. For off-campus should I do more of dsa or dev ?
