Guidance required to change my career.
Hi Folks,
Currently I was working as an operational team lead in TCS of Grade BPO 3 and I have an experience of 4 years out of which 1 year as a team lead and the same continues in TCS.
So now I have feed up with this BPO jobs and want to switch to IT. After a deep research I came to know Business Analyst is the best platform to switch to IT from BPO.
I am from Mechanical engineer background and want to settle as Business Analyst.
Kindly requesting anyone to guide me the path of switching from BPO to Business Analyst and what skills and courses I need to do now? Also suggest me do I required to do MBA if so what course I need to choose in MBA?
Please help me and guide me🙂
Bro if you want to switch into it then testing is a very easy way to get in.. A data analyst and business analyst is also there. But for that you have to understand the requirements from the clients and technical understanding is also needed.
