Since you asked… (pardon me for a tangential topic)… did you try intermittent fasting? Lost 12ish KGs just by doing IF.
Plus it’s got other benefits - improved focus, saves time (thinking about / planning / actually eating) for 1-2 meals. It also naturally forces you to eat better (because you can’t start with a heavy meal - you end up starting with fruits / dry fruits etc).
I am looking to become muscular......like my body is fit but I am not muscular
