Hi Friends, I was working for past 2.5 yrs in wipro. I know languages like sql, power bi, python. But after joining wipro they allocated me in c++ skill and also they didn't allocated me in proper technical project until 1st yr. In the second year i went into bench then after 3 mnths HR called me and told if i not got any project LOP will be initiated. So i searched for even non technical opportunity and got one, finally i was working in technical support shift basis. 

Now I want to switch company with my old skills but i not having proper handson in projects. How can I get handson and can crack the interview. And also how I can explain the experience without any work. Please suggest me.

I appeared for two technical rounds and one HR discussion.

Second tech round was completed on 18th of July and I’ve mailed HR seeking feedback but they are not responding.

Does that mean I’ve not been selected as some resources on glass door say they got OL the very next day and other sources on Quora say HCL does not send rejection mails.

Can anyone comment of this who has recently interviewed for HCL Tech and received offer letter/ rejection mail

Hi, recently gave interviews for the Einstein service cloud in Salesforce India which is related to copilots, bots etc for lmts roles. Looks like a new team is getting formed in India. The manager mentioned it is based on monolith, Java, postgres etc. Does anyone have idea on the kind of work and how is the wlb and culture there? Also any pip situation there ? Recently I got an offer from Accenture ( Kolkata location) in Data & AI vertical. I was interviewed in tech stacks like GenAI, AI&ML. Currently I am working in Deloitte USI and have around 6.5 yrs of experience. I am up for promotion as well but my promotion was denied this year. Not sure what will happen next year.

I want to know how's the project in this vertical and job security, wlb in Accenture. Also in the offer letter variable component is mentioned from 0-27%. How's the variable scenario in Accenture. Need your honest opinions. Accenture is giving me 25LPA fixed.
