HRs are good for nothing douchebags who think they are important

I strongly condemn such irresponsible generalization. hR are involved in some of the critical business decisions like which meeting gets parle g and which meeting gets oreo.

Jokes apart... But I think hR is critical for the overall sucess of a company. They control and ensure the two most important items for the sucess of a business - Tea and water in toilets. For most of us without the morning tea our brains don't work. That single morning tea sets the tone for the day. For some, need to answer nature's call during office time. Imagine having to attend the call but no water/paper in the toilet. Even the most brilliant genius will falter at that point.

If you are in HR you’re lucky. I mean there’s no other department where you can do no work and earn salaries close to Tech counterparts. CEOs, CTOs of companies are definitely dumb to even have the designation of CHRO in the organisation. I mean why pay crores for heading a department of freeloaders 🫢

Yes, I agree with you. Even I always think how they are surviving in their job if they don't have accountability and seriousness of their job responsibilities??
