The company did around 10-15% silent layoffs in the last cycle by putting people in PIP. 
My Manager told me that he has pressure on him to put at least 1 or 2 people in PIP, make them leave the company and reduce costs.

Later, the company did as low an appraisal as 2%.

Senior folks are leaving specifically Frontend Developers.

Salaries of a lot of SDE-2 are below 30 LPA.

They have started new positions called Product Developers which will do the same work as SDEs but with a lesser package. PD-1 salary is around 10-12 lakhs and of Lead PD is 20-22 lakhs.

The company is putting itself in a position where it wants people to leave on their own.

There are almost zero perks in the company. 
The team outing budget is a joke which is 2k INR per person per year. That is 500 rupees per person per quarter. 

Also making office mandatory from November.

We saw malicious activities by users where all the user's accounts were withdrawing rewards into a single bank account. 

Being a small team and time-sensitive product we did not have the option to put bandwidth or stop the functionality. 

Started talking to one of the scammers, and told her that I was one of them, she was curious about how we being other users found her contact. The answer was we hacked the DB and found out that she was also withdrawing coins from multiple profiles to a single account. Praised her and told her that it was very tough to break that thing. She was like “You guys are fools, it's not that tough. I am doing it like this”. We fixed the bug in the next 30 minutes. We told her that your method was not working for us.  Maybe the company fixed something. 🥲

I work with someone who constantly takes my ideas and shares them as their own. For example, if I mention an idea in a group meeting, this person then comes and repeats the same idea in other meetings to different people as if it was their own. 

This happens very often so it's not a coincidence. This person is not qualified for the job they were hired for and constantly piggy backs off my work and ideas and appropriates them as their own. I'm really not sure how to address this without coming off as petty. This has been going on for almost a year now and I'm really sick of it. Any suggestions or advice?
