Hairfall and treatment

I am facing hairfall in pune, I know it is common in pune but to prevent it or to slow it down I started treatment from a dermatologist. I am using some hair grow serum and couple of other medicines for different minerals and vitamins. I want to ask if I should use derma roller or not? Have anyone used it? Is it effective if I use derma roller with minoxidil? Please help me before I get bald!!

Minoxidil and Derma roller are very effective provided you use it properly and regularly without fail. Hair growth serums and vitamin tablets are mostly a gimmick, your body can’t absorb most of the vitamins from these tablets. Most important things to fix hair fall include nutritious diet, good sleep schedule and soft water for hair bath. I suggest using drinking water for hair bath, either from water purifier or a mineral can of water. Also it takes around a year for visible results if you follow these, so don’t give up in between.

If DHT is the problem, then why aren't teens losing their hair due to DHT through the roof. Your hair loss is tied to oxygen-redox signaling issues. People are spending a lot of money for hair. I aumme it's an important criteria in marriage market. My take on this, visiting a dermatologist for hair fall will simply make them rich. Won't grow anything back.

It stops hairfall orr it can slow down the hairfall. So I think it's good if we can slow down this by taking some vitamins. Also I think considering this I can focus on my diet as well. 🙂

24M from Bangalore. Bhai itna jaldi takla nai hona abhi toh shaadi bhi nai Hui meri. No clue what to do? Did not even anticipate this problem so early in life. I use tresemme shampoo. Should I add a water filter? Change shampoo?

Hey GRAPEVINERS, hope you all are doing well, i am suffering from receding hairline , and its getting severe , i am just 22 and i don't want to have that male pattern baldness too early, in my family, no one has that much severe male pattern baldness, my father has not great but good hair as per his age , i don't drink , smoke , eat healthy but still losing hair , yeah I never massage my head with oil I also take vitamin d3 supplements as majority of people as 70-80% people are deficient in vitamin d , mine is also low It would be great if you could advise me some great measures to tackle hair loss...

HAIR FALL please STOP

Guys, please suggest something to stop hair fall. I am a female. Couple months ago, I got done full body test and since then have been taking suppleness for vitamin deficiency. I was also low on iron but doctor only suggested food supplements. He has also recommended minoxidil topical scalp solution and acti hair tablets for hair growth. But still hair are not ready to stay on my head. I also have dandruff problem. Could you guys suggest a good anti dandruff shampoo or any other treatment. Please suggest something which has worked for you.
