Has accounts payable has any scope in Indian market ? Or should AP professionals switch their fields for higher pay ?

I'm trying to look into the opportunities for a fresher US CPA in India and can we expect at least a 6lpa package for a fresher. Also the scope in finance if wishing to switch from Audit or tax. Could anyone help me out there....

Indian. I am a SDE (backend) currently. ~2 yrs exp. 16 LPA and I work 40-50 hrs a week. I like where I am, but I am not feeling the zeal for tech anymore. Probably will do a MBA down the line (thinking abroad, not sure) Looking for equal or greater pay, similar WLB, new domain. Should I switch to PM and try a hand at it? Am I aware of the reality or living in my own isolated reality?

Now since its mainstream I was thinking of getting into it, my aim is to make designs that are good, follow some reliable rules yet have creative applications applied to make it unique and use cognitive psychology to make it a pleasurable and human centric experience. When it comes to payments, career growth and placements what is your experience ? Is it good and justified, is the growth scope good ?

This is a 33% increase - total 2 yoe, including 1 yoe as APM. HR rolled out 23 + 1 (JB) to consider startup ESOPS, but changed back to 22LPA because did not get degree from premier tech institute. Thoughts?

Hey folks So im looking out for a switch. I have overall 2.5yrs of experience with 1.3 yrs in product. Im looking for APM roles preferably in Delhi/Gurgaon location, but open to pune, bangalore as well. Im facing a lot of micromanagement at my current firm from the founder(since he heads product & tech) & i dont have ownership in my role. Even the director of PM shares the same frustration. I feel like after a year of working here i wont have much to show in my cv in core product work. Just to give an example: i started an initiative to call customers for general feedback(satisfaction, whether they actually want what we are doing) & i was told to shut it down & work on things which doesnt have any customer validation. If there are any opportunities available, kindly reach out. Any help would be appreciated. TIA🙂
