Don't you worry about any gaps in your resume? I have seen HRs straightaway reject resumes with gaps.

Do you want to join a company that rejects resumes because of gaps?

Yes, I do that every time, and then find the next job either during the notice period, or after the notice period ends & I first get to enjoy some months of rest and break from job.

I find breaks between jobs very refreshing and restorative, and I often also utilize those breaks for doing new certifications 😊

every company that i have worked in, i have resigned without any offer in hand. EY is my 6th company in 12 years of span. Everytime i got couple of offers with 1 - 2 week remaining.
Key is to Keep the strategy right, and be updated with the market trends. The deserving always gets the job.

Yes. I put my resignation a month back and am currently serving my notice period. Searching for the new opportunity. Don't judge, I have my reasons for my actions.
