Heard off RuskMedia/Rumble ?

I recently received offers and couple of interviews from client based consultancy for wayfair , linkedin … goldmansachs to name a few. What the hell is going are these roles were offloaded to such companies . Anyone seeing this across??

Daily I see some posts on some senior engineering people joining rippling. It may be some Senior engineer or Senior Manager. I heard they are paying almost US level salaries to people. Can some people from rippling confirm these ? - Is there really that much requirement ? - Are they really paying 1Cr above for staff and Em levels ? - Is the company generating good revenue? - Are they moving teams from US to india ? - Howiz the work culture in the company? Am just really curious about this organisation.

Hi Guys, I got an offer from Nielsen Media. Just wanted to know WLB, current operating mode, onsite opportunities, salary hike and ESOP related things. Any feedback regarding this will be highly appreciated.

I am thinking of leaving my current job and focus on myself, getting to know myself better etc. Currently I have enough money saved for my expenses for next 6-8 months. Everyone I have asked about this say don't leave your job if you don't have another lined up, in this tech winter. I understand their view point. It aligns with what my parents think as well. Is there anyone who has had done this in the past? Do you recommend this route? Are the consequences far too severe? Does anyone have a different opinion from one stated above?

Had an interview with the company recently My current company is unstable (fintech) so you can compare that way. By unstable I mean a huge cash burn, layoffs here and there, PIP always happening... About me: Full Stack Dev (~2 YOE) focused on web performance. Some experience in Blockchain Current Company: - A small startup based out of Singapore - 18LPA base - Remote and Async, very chill - Not much interesting problem left to solve now - Company not doing very well financially - Works directly with the founder, handles everything tech. The company that gave me offer: - A small startup registered in Singapore, but everyone works from Delhi (Dwarka) - 22 LPA base - 5 days fully office, no WFH - Web3 company, so not very sure about the future - Not much information available online about the work culture or tech team - LinkedIn shows only ~6 employees What would you advice? It would have been best if I would have stayed at my current org, but then the work there does not interest me anymore. But if I move to the new company it will be a bet as I don’t know anything about the company culture, and also it is completely WFO. Should I wait for better offer? But then I am afraid looking at the current condition of job market.
