Hi Guys, I got an offer from Nielsen Media. Just wanted to know WLB, current operating mode, onsite opportunities, salary hike and ESOP related things. Any feedback regarding this will be highly appreciated.
Wlb in Nielsen is good as they have fixed working hours that's I like the most
And do you have any idea regarding, them being flexible enough in wfh?
My friend is working from home and is only occasionally called into the Pune office a few times a year. Her work hours are from 3 PM to 12 AM

Yeah I joined. The location is Gurgaon. They are allowing the remote for now. But heard from the HR that they are building a new office. So post that it will be a hybrid I believe. But it's around next year.
