Yeah, 36 LPA base is solid for 5 years experience. MTS III sounds right for that level, so it's a decent offer overall.

Thanks for the info. Do you also know how Nielsen media is in terms of work culture, growth, policies etc? I've been hearing some mixed reviews that the work culture is getting affected recently since some of the managers from Byju's have joined the company.
