 Can work both while standing and sitting, with hands always is rested positions. 
  
 But it is the last thing I would personally buy it I have money.

As engineers, I now realise a good chair and a table is a must to protect our long term health. I mostly work from home and sit in front of my computer 10+ hours per day with breaks in between. These days I am getting backache as my current chair is falling apart. I wanted to know your opinions on buying an expensive chair and are they actually worth it. I shortlisted a few below:

1. Herman Miller - Aeron (~Rs.1.2L)
2. Steelcase - Leap or Gesture (~Rs.1L+)
3. Haworth - Fern (Rs.~70k)

I wanted to know if anyone has bought these chairs (or have any other suggestions), have any long term experience with it, and are they actually worth the cost. TIA!

Is it worth it to get a sit stand desk? I might get one manual one, costs about 21k.

I have two work laptops and my personal pc so hooking everything, any suggestions for a screen with two inputs and easy to switch?

I am having l4-l5 annual discussion herniation which causes compression on nerves, due to this feeling numbness, burning sensation and weakness in thighs and feets.

There are other more problems, please look into MRI image below

My vitamin B12 and D 25 are good. LFT and KFT are also normal. Sugar is normal. Currently in tier 3 cities. Neurologist just give pain killers and vitamins only.

If somebody has gone through this and cured by doing exercises or anything please share.

Not able to focus on work and depressed all day, everyday due to this. 

I am sde, so sitting all day can't be avoided.

Maybe I am too late for this, but I have a very minimalist setup currently at home. IMO it needs major upgrades. 

I am looking for following things to buy, feel free to share your recommendations. 

1 - Height adjustable table (ergo you finalised)
2 - A ergonomic chair ( budget 15k max)
3 - ultra wide monitor 
4 - good headphones (budget 30k max)
5 -  keyboard and mouse ( using apple ones seems to be working for now)
6 - storage unit (finalised one from ikea) 
7 - laptop (one personal one office) - laptop stand might be too much
8 - desk mat - (one from daily objects seems swanky)
