Tired of sitting, need some reccos for standing table

I have had slight back pain for the past two weeks, tired of sitting at the office and I want to buy a standing table for home. I am looking for a manual table as my budget is less than 25K

Good thought, it has helped me a lot. However, I work from from office so what I did was to add a table to my work desk. I spend ~8hrs daily sitting in a chair. My current chair is old, and needs to be replaced ASAP. My budget is 10k INR. I am preferring an office chair with neck support.
