Help me community plz

I am a 2023 batch undergrad. I got 6 month internship offer from Amazon and another offer of 9.8 lpa full time from another company.Inspite of working so hard and my good performance Amazon did not provide PPO. I am also trying for opp campus opportunity. The company that I am going to join has notice period of 3 months. In many of the job posting I see that joining is immediate to 30 days. Will the 3 month notice period be a hindrance in my career path .will it be so difficult switching cmp?

We have to choose from the options we have . So if this is the only option, you got no other choice. Maybe wait a little , search for more.options but in current circumstances it's pretty tough to even find any job.

I've had 3 companies in a row with 3 months notice. It's not the best - but if the company likes you they'll wait or buy you out. Also offer to moonlight (get stuff going) a bit before your 3 months ends. That keeps future company happy and saves time on onboarding.

If the company is good and the role is good too, try not to join planning to leave immediately. As a fresh graduate, you have a long career ahead. Things will change.

That said, I fully understand 90 day notice period is harsh.

I was in a company with a 90 day np. While interviewing with the new company, I mentioned that the official no is 90 days but they let go of people in about 30 days. This was a lie. Once the offer came, I convinced the company to release me in 60 days and convinced new company that they will wait. Once someone has taken a lot of rounds and extended their offer, they're highly likely to wait since they've expended so much effort already.
