Hello friends, PFA the compensation sheet for 25 lpa CTC for TCS. Can some please help me to calculate approx take home salary? Please consider 1.5 lacs standard 80C deduction and 26000 as HRA per month.

Hey folks, I am bad at taxation and wanted some help with an offer I have. 
What would be by pre and post tax monthly ?salary. 

Breakup (monthly)-
Basic: 41k
HRA: 16k
Special Allowance: 40k
PF: 4.5k
Variable: 5k

So, assuming I get all that variable, my pre tax monthly pay would be approx 1L ?
How do I calculate post tax?
Also, any red flags in the breakup that I need to re -negotiate?

Hi, I competed my one year as a fresher in an IT company and received 15% hike for the upcoming year and this is totally based on my previous year performance. This hike is considered as good? Or I can get more?
Pov - I'm working in a product based company.

What hike one can expect after completion of one year in an IT job?

Got an offer for C3A role (total yoe - 9.8yrs) for  26lpa.
1) Should I try to get C3B role for my experience
2) For VP - there are 2 components listed
(i) Monthly Performance Pay - 15k
(ii) Performance Pay (Quarterly) - 22k
3) What is an emergency fund in TCS.?

I feel 17% VP (4.5L) in total CTC (26L) is too high. The HR said, this 15k monthly will be paid in full. And quarterly pay of 66k (22k x 3) will also be paid. Is this true or some deduction will be there?

Please let me know if this is the norm VP in TCS and share some tips to negotiate for more fixed pay..

I understand people would have the views about WLB & Culture at Amazon, I am more keen on exploring Amazon as an organisation for soft landing after having worked 7+ years in High Growth and Hustle Culture at Startups

I am yet to receive the offer letter from Amazon HR, I need help to understand the following

- Salary Range for L5 Roles @ Amazon (I've been told they are from (25-40 LPA)

- Hike % I can share with HR folks, that won't be a deterrent for them ( Example I am looking forward to a 60%+ on Fixed and 30+% on overall as a bare minimum) 

- Also how is the CTC structure at Amazon, do they include Gratuity/Benefits/Allowances as a part of the CTC 

- Range for ESOPs/Shares at Amazon, since they don't have a variable pay structure
