Format is alright. The content could be improved. Almost all of your points start with weak action words like "created" / "built" etc. One of the points starts with a strong action word "reduced". Try to update as many points as possible to use stronger action words that can show some impact. If possible, try to guesstimate and quantify the impact for some of these points as well.

One enhancement could be adding some metrics in description to highlight the impact of your work.

Add impact on the work you did like 1) Designed and developed..........which increased annual revenue by x% 2) Reduced ........... 3) Re-designed...............
