Been on a job break for around 2 months, joined not so great startup with 10% hike. What should be my approach now in learning to get 40-50 LPA in an year? What tech stack to move to? Please guide. Currently has 2.5 yoe with 28 base ctc.
Happy to connect with like minded people to start learning and building together.

Start by developing some products ( multiple youtube videos by javascript mastery)
Try to pick something that has some back end as well.
This will shine your resume among others
Apart from that - leetcode (grokking the coding interview) and system design by alex xu are two main resources.
Think of this as a long term game ( 10-20 years atleast)
These skills will help you to switch as well as in your career on long haul.

Absolutely, it gets you a refresher on all data structures and coding patterns.
Once done in 1-2 weeks, its easier to leetcode after that.
I always found cold start to leetcode difficult.
Grokking the coding interview sets perfect intro to dsa according to me.
