Trying to switch job. Current startup hasn't paid salaries for 6-7 months

I work at a product startup and it's been 1yr and 3 months now. It is my first job. We are an engineering group of 5 including the CTO. After 5 months I joined, we stopped our B2B product and started working on a B2C product which is very promising. But since last 6-7 months we are not getting our salaries and I don't know what to do. It's been hard finding a new job because most of them demand more than 2,3 years of experience. I would like to work on startups again for the intense learning atmosphere they provide. Can someone help

I am currently in a WFH setting since the salary problem started. As for why work without salary, I learned so much there and the co-workers where really experience and friendly

No, we are really small rn and haven't procured any investment. The SaaS product started generating revenue but it's still on initial development stages

You should have left 4 months back.
If a company doesn't pay for 1 month, it could be cash flow issues. If the company doesn't pay for 2 months , but atleast they let you know of the problems and the steps they are taking to tackle it, it means they are atleast trying. Thrid month onwards either they don't want to order they are just incompetent. You should have left.

But I am planning to switch jobs now but it's getting really difficult to get interviews with the current experience that I have.
