Hi Guys need your help

Need your help to grow in career. I am currently working on Informatica powercenter ETL, PLSQL and Python. It's been around 3 year I am working on ETL and PLSQL and on python from 8 month. Right now I am thinking of job switch, so still in confusion how can i prepare myself and which technology should I prefer?
