I just went to LinkedIn and looked for Data Analyst and Data engineer roles, browsed some job posts in Bengaluru and some others. There are very few roles available and a lot of applicants for each job, forget entry level, there's very few posts for specific roles.

Same case with Indeed and others as well. I don't know when the situation will improve for this field

I am from a non CS background. Worked as a freelancer in my field in 2021. Took a break in 2022 to figure things out.

Now I have a good portfolio in Data field.

Would like to know which companies are looking for fresher Data analysts to join them...

Been applying on LinkedIn, Wellfound and other job boards, only 1 called me for an interview so far and I have failed.

Most don't respond to my applications.

Couldn't DM people on LinkedIn, because they have premium.

Would love to get a referral or let me know any companies that are hiring for Data roles.

Preferably startups, small companies and any company with below 5000 employee count.

Does anybody know companies which hire freshers for Data Analyst/Business Analyst/Analyst/Data Science? It's important and urgent. LinkedIn and Naukri both didn't help much even after applying to tons of jobs.

Fresher for Data Analyst

One of my friend got laid off and he started searching for all kinds of job.  
Even in such a rescission drowned market jobs for software developers is not less. But on contrast the data engineering market is just doomed and every 10 Dev job there is 1 data job.

Hi all,
I am trying to understand that, given the current market conditions, are there open opportunities in Analytics with Bengaluru/remote as the location? 
I can majorly see product or business development roles opening up, with software development roles too in the forefront.
There are technical roles in data science (for example, data scientists, data engineers) which seem to be opening up, but not much in business analytics.
Please point me in the right direction.

Since last one year, I've been exploring all the job posts for entering the field of data but couldn't get one !
I hope that I can find an opportunity here.

Is there anyone who could refer to me as a fresher data science and data analyst job ?

I spoke to an experienced guy in the IT sector who has worked in many FinTech firms and consulting companies. He said when the data science hype started several years back, companies started getting funds from venture capitalists to set up data science wings . Companies went on a hiring spree with this money to hire data science professionals.

However, as the years passed, these data science departments failed to generate revenue as expected. Also, some aspects of data science will very likely be automated. So companies will probably hire less data science professionals and may even fire the resources hired earlier.
