How’s the market for Data scientists job in India?- Grapevine

Current CTC : 12 fixed (in a good pbc)
I am getting an offer for 20 fixed (but requires me to relocate to Bangalore)

should I take this, or hunt for more
I was initially aiming for at least 24-28, but this is very close to what I wanted

what is the market rate, how much are good companies paying for 2 YOE in data science

What is the market rate for 2 YOE data scientist (in India)

I just went to LinkedIn and looked for Data Analyst and Data engineer roles, browsed some job posts in Bengaluru and some others. There are very few roles available and a lot of applicants for each job, forget entry level, there's very few posts for specific roles.

Same case with Indeed and others as well. I don't know when the situation will improve for this field

Hey guys, so I have been interning at a company for the past 9 months. They have offered me a ppo and I will most likely accept it. But my interest lies in the ML field or some data fields such as data engineering. 
Can anyone advice me how do I go about it?
Like should go for masters(my undergrad degree is not CS or some pheonix branch). Should I learn on my own and keep giving interview. Or should I take some experience in sde and then switch?
