How blacklisting happens
Do companies blacklist you if you accept the offer and reject it later to join another company ? By blacklist I mean you can’t join the said company ever
Someone from mastercard HR should confirm.. But global companies are very process oriented and don't whine at someone Rejecting them.. This blacklist thing is more of a Indian babu / startup thing

Companies don’t share a ‘blacklist’ with each other. That’s just not possible. Within the org, yes there are flags against profiles.
No I meant if I refuse company A offer to join company B. After some years if I try to join company A will they let me do it or they will blacklist me for their company early on itself ?
The companies are not limited to A-Z they exist from A to infinite!
Make a move. Nobody bothers. Just an old tactic to make unaware people scared.

I haven’t seen any such black list but yes few Tech recruiters maintains a personal list.
There’s no specific shared list between companies. Only a particular company can mark “No hire” in their HRMS system. Essentially, the moment your resume hits the ATS, it will be flagged as no hire to HR and they can choose to not move with next steps.

It's like asking, if i rejected a girl because I was going to date someone else, would she accept me later. Answer is always maybe.

Your details and resume will be saved in the tool that is used for hiring. The hiring manager can see how many times you have applied, failed , rejected etc.
they may choose not to hire you.
