How can I eat less food
Ever since I started working from home with minimal human interaction, food has become my friend. Everyday I eat shit ton of carbs and sugar because it calms me down. It wasn't like this before. Heck, I have even done 20 hour fasts when I was in college. Now, the only thing I look forward to is eating food. Help.
Be mindful when you eat.
Don't eat when you're doing an/any activity.
eg. DON'T Eat when you work, while you are watching a screen, reading, etc.
Eat only when you are just with yourself, and only at a place designated for eating.

Don't buy carbs and sugary food. Replace snacks with fruit, nuts, muesli and other healthy alternatives that you can chew on all day.
Uninstall Zomato and swiggy. Instagram and YT too if you're feeling like it, those ads can often trigger cravings. Good for mental health too.

Eat more protein, you’ll automatically get satiated and eat less. But also dont take it to the extreme of drenching your protein in excessive oils and fats
