What do u think the career trajectory will be for Native Mobile developers after 4-5 Years of experience? ( Android/Ios) 

Personally I think there are less senior/staff roles in india unless we pivot to BE or people roles we will not have an uptrend in our career. 

And what do u think about Hybrid frameworks ( like RN and Flutter) ? should we adopt them ASAP ? or not required to grow in the career ladder ?

What is the future scope of the PM job role...will it still be relevant after 10 years, Is going to IIMs spending close to 25 lakhs in this economy to get into a PM job role justified??
Context: I know many people will say you don't need IIM to break into PM, But considering I'm a 25 Male, from tier 3 college...currently working as a product designer with 8 lpa...so I think the only way to reach 25-30 lpa in hand by 28 is by joining IIMs

What questions are asked for a product mgmt interview? How can one become a PM without tech background? 
I have product strategy background.
In interviews i am able to ace product sense / product strategy questions but when it comes to tech, unable to show the required tech acumen (due to lack of actual exposure to it).

Should I just stay put in product / business strategy roles or move into product mgmt?

Reasons for moving into PM - want career and monetary growth, build tech stuff and not just strategise stuff. Have 6 yrs experience (2 yrs pre MBA data analytics+ 2 yrs business strategy + 2 yrs product strategy).

Cracking PM interviews?

I have 4.5ish years of experience. I recently made a transition from a devops role to a purely dev role. 

After considering many factors like the 'kind of work', opportunities at other companies, pay, etc. I decided to pursue being a full fleged software dev. The main deciding factor for the transition was simply that I found the ops part of the work quite tedious.

The management was very welcoming and even setup a up a roadmap to help me move.

My dessignation was officially changed to Sr. Software Developer last month after three months of doing a little bit of both.

I now have a great deal of things to learn so that I can catch up to my peers. It's scary but also v exciting.

I'm not sure if it is an achievement but it sure feels like one. So feel free to AMA.

Folks, need guidance to understand what people do get promoted from SDE2 to SDE3. Even though though I’m in good books with the manager, on workwise - I don’t see I’m getting quality work to do. So wanted to know the type of work done to get promoted in these roles. Thanks

Hey, so to introduce myself. I recently graduated from a new IIM and got into a product manager role at a bank where I have the responsibility of launching a new product. I always thought that I would end up in a sales role and did my internship as a market research intern as well. Now, I have no idea how to proceed with my current role. I have no tech background with a bachelor's in science and MBA in marketing & strategy. 

Would like to know if I should stay in this role(tbh I like the tasks) or should I change to sales because a fresher with no tech background would always be at a disadvantage 
And if I choose to stay, how do I go on from here? What skills/certifications/steps should I take.
