How do I pivot to Data Analytics/Data Science?

I have a tier - II MBA, 5 years of work-ex post MBA. I currently work in marketing and the pay is good. However, I struggle with my mental health in this role, especially because I am an introvert who deals with ADHD. I have figured out that IC roles with minimal dependency on other people is where I thrive. I also like working with data in my role, whenever I get the chance to do so.
I figured that Data Analytics/Science could be one of the fields that I could work well in.
How do I pivot to this field? Where do I start? What kind of salary structure can I look at? What would be the growth? Is it even worth it?
Data analytics seems easier shift than data science . Way to do it would be to gain basic skills of sql, excel, visualisation , domain knowledge etc . There are lot of courses on Coursera etc. After that apply for entry level roles and grow from there . Good luck
What is your current pay? Asking as if your pay is high, then after starting as a fresher with MBA in a analytics might pay you.lower than your current pay
