 I only know the password of my main google account. Everything else is stored in Bitwarden itself. Even Bitwarden master password is in my emails. 
  
 I used to have a formula somewhat like you, but stopped it as I change my passwords occasionally.

My mom dad usually forget their email, internet banking sometimes atm card’s password.
