I'm in a bit of a dilemma and could really use some advice from the community. I have received job offers from both Oracle (Cerner) and MakeMyTrip, and I'm having trouble deciding which one to choose. Both are offering almost the same total compensation, but there are some differences that I'm considering:
Oracle (Cerner):
Base Salary: 29 LPA
Stock: 20 LPA vested 25% per year
Work from Home (WFH) option
MakeMyTrip:
Base Salary: 31 LPA
Joining Bonus: 2 LPA
No stock option
5 days a week in the Gurgaon office
I'm particularly interested in your insights on the following aspects:

Work culture and environment
Work-life balance
