Hi guys, people working at Infosys , I need details on hybrid wfo/wfh policy at Infosys. I hear it's 10 days a month. Can anybody from Infosys let me know , if we need to work 10 days from the base location, or any location where there is an Infy office will do ?

Is it a good time for early in career(1.5 YoE) to join Google India. I am curious about their current culture like WFH policies, management outlook, direction of company, growth opportunity etc in Bangalore offices only. See that Meesho has hired loads of PMs from ISB (I think because VP Product is an ISB Alum). Any bias towards it? Considering ISB PMs come at high cost, the average PM salary would easily be 27-29L. Though the company has bragged about amazing work policies - permanent WFH, quaterly meetups, unlimited leaves and so on. But it seems like they are going back on their word by calling people to the office. How's the overall team culture? Can someone shed some light?

Currently, I enjoy a stable job and live with my parents, who take care of most of my living expenses. However, I'm considering the possibility of switching jobs and moving to another city, which would require me to bear the additional costs of rent, food, and other living expenses on my own. Question: Given my current financial situation and the potential for increased living costs in a new city, should I explore a job switch and relocation? Or should I continue with my current stable job and living arrangement in Kolkata, where my expenses are minimal? What factors should I consider when making this decision?
