How much ESOPs do you ask for when moving to a company at a different stage?
Eg. Seed -> Series A. What percentage of your CTC should be ESOPs across stages?

What ever number they say triple it. If they up their offer immediately , run... the business won't sustain for long.
If they stand ground , they might reconsider. Agree to the next offer.
If they say no immediately, then join them. Probably yocan encash your esop ithe future.
ESOPs are like lottery tickets, my friend. More at early stage, less at mature. But remember, not every ticket wins. So, how's your risk appetite?
