How much i can ask for Fullstack developer role in new company with 2.1 YoE

I have 2.2 years of experience as application support and development engineer. I want to switch company, hence how much can i expect ? Tech stack: .Net core Framework ( Asp.net Core , MVC , MS SQL server) Suggestion required: is the .net developer is having future.

I have 7+y exp as full stack developer experience, currently in a consultant position with a total of 27 Lpa in which 23.5 is fixed. Now I wanted to switch the organization as I am not getting recognition. My technology stack is Angular in which I am an Expert. Nest Js, Node Js mongo db are my other skills. I did work with Flask no Python interested to work on it. JavaScript HTMl Material UI Aws code commit, Azure jenkins Or my other skill set. So please suggest to me how much I can expect the package with the current trend.

How much I can ask for TCS for 4 yrs experience in React.js?

I am living in Kochi and my current CTC is 5.4lakhs. I have only been in my current job for 7 months and I have experience of 4 years. Recently I saw a job notification for a new job in a company where one of my friends works. Position is for Sr.Full stack dev. Even though I am really good at React, redux and javascript, It has been 2 years since I worked with node.js as a background and MySQL as db. I am confident that I can get the job done in backend. My issue is how much should I ask them as my CTC. Can it go upto 10lakhs or should I be contempt with 8 lakhs, I'm really troubled here. Can anyone help.

Have more than 5 years of experience working for a consulting MNC, a SaaS startup and a medium-sized consulting company. Over the years have gotten the opportunity to work as a frontend engineer(angular, react), a fullstack engineer(java, javascript/typescript, python) and currently a data engineer(pyspark/databricks, azure, gcp). Projecting my self as a fullstack/backend engineer only. What should be my fair salary ask in series A/B/C startups & other product companies? I believe many of people in here will be in the same boat as me, so please put down your thoughts…!

YOE 4.5 CTC 17 Current Domain - DevOps with development experience in startup Looking to shift to MNCs how much should negotiate for expected CTC ? This will be my first change and all my 4.5 of exp os from single company so not sure on how much i can ask while negotiating plus suggest. And 2 yoe as ML Engineer at a start up.Currently I am upskilling on gen ai and mlops as well. Current CTC :12 LPA(FIXED). What should be the minimum I should expect?in my next switch. RANT ALERT I am a Software Engineer with 2 YoE. Wherever I apply they ask for 3+ or 5+ YoE minimum. I am hardly eligible for any roles. To one recruiter I really got angry and said "What is it that you believe 3+YoE candidates can do and 2+ can't ?" I got the same old reply - "It is company's policy" . I wonder who makes them. There are some really stupid people above us. Seriously - how does an EM decide that this position requires at least 10 YoE. I bet they haven't the slightest clue and possibly tossing a coin. Or worst, they think what they were capable of doing at 10+ YoE themselves.
