How tcs verify their experience letter

If i I'm for job in tcs and previously i worked in 4 companies, is it mandatory to submit the experience letter from all 4 previous companies. One of my friends who previously work in a startup for 2 months then he joined wipro, And he didn't mentioned the 2 months experience anywhere, simce this 2 months reflecting on epfo portal tcs is asking for 2 months experience letter. The previous organization is got giving the experience letter even if he is ready to pay penalty, he submitted all proofs like offer letter, resignation acceptance mail and form 16 still tcs is asking for offer letter only.

I'm a fresher currently working in a company which has a bond of 1 year and If I want to quit before that period, most probably i won't be getting any experience certificates, so when I apply for the next company is the payin slip enough to prove that i worked in a particular company or do we need the experience certificates as well.

Hey all, How are you ? Well I am not fine, I am devastated and have no idea what to do with my life now. As I can't see any way out of this mess where I am right now. I finally got an offer from a company where I have to join in 1 month but my current company is not allowing me to leave before serving the notice period of 90 days. Despite being on the bench for the last 5 months and still no hope for getting allocated with a project. Firstly, my manager told me that they'll give an early release if I find another opportunity somewhere. But now since I have got the job offer from a different company he denied it. The HR of the company where I have to join after a month told me it's not possible to wait for 90 days and he'll revoke the offer if I am unable to join in a month. 😓 my life is a complete mess now. Don't know what to do. I am literally crying every hour, seeing my career getting ruined. It was my mistake joining such a company where employees are not at all valued. It was difficult for me to find another job as I didn't have proper experience. I worked on a project for 8 months only and the project got ramped down. Now I don't have any choice. I feel like I am trapped for life and there is no way out. Writing this post with watery eyes. Hoping to know if there is any solution to this trap.

Hey all, I got to know that Walmart uses Authbridge to do background verification, I have received an offer and I think my background check will start soon, I have service history overlap of 1 month, will this cause any issue? I was fresher at that time and absconded one company :(

I have worked in a contract based company for 3 months and it's employment history is showing on PF history. I don't have experience certificate for it and the company is closed . In background verification it is causing issue. Any alternate suggestion will be highly appreciated 🙏🙏.

I work in an MNC and the notice period is 90 days. due to this, my opportunities became narrower. Three recruiters directly told me they want candidates who can join in 30 days. Irony is those same companies posting linkedin urgent hiring.

Hello folks, recently one of my friend got laid off. The new company is requesting for any doc/email or acknowledgement. However, he only received FnF and nothing. Wanted to understand if any company gives the doc or any acknowledgement that can be treated as a proof? And any suggestions to tackle this?
