I have recently visited a tier 3 engineering college & am amazed/rather confused to see that on one side we have students working on startup ideas, while on the other side, some students are still struggling to create a CV. ats are looking for few keywords to be present in the resume, and also getting shortlisted via portal no matter the platform is luck. so refferals are the way to go, speaking from hussles.
