U should be able to break and pay some amount for it. Do it if next opportunity is that much worth

My brother got this message from his HR. He had signed a 2 yr bond as fresher after bachelor's and he quit after a year. Can they do any harm in terms of career?

1. If your brother took a signing bonus with 2 year bond then he has to return it. 
  
 2. If there was no signing bonus involved the HR can only threaten, there is nothing they can do.. court will kick them out

Back in 2021, I joined a small company as a fresher with a promised CTC of 3.2 LPA and a 3-year bond. However, after joining, I discovered the actual base pay was only 1.8 LPA, and my monthly salary was just 10,500₹. So, after five months, I broke the bond and joined Accenture as a fresher. 

Now, almost three years later, the previous company's advocates are sending me notices demanding 3 lakh rupees as bond repayment, and I even received a notice from the court yesterday. 

I'm not sure what to do next. 
Do you think this will affect my future job prospects? 

I have records of that company in my PF account, but I don't consider it as part of my work experience. 

Do you think future employers will ask for documentation for all companies listed in my PF records?

Hello grapevine folks. I am a 4th year student from tier 2 college and Yamaha Solutions is visiting our college for placement drive.

They are offering 6 months internship (40k stipend) and 10 lpa package but it comes with a 2 year bond. If broken there will be 1lakh penalty.

Should I consider this company? I have apprehension regarding bond.

Hi to all the working professionals,
Kindly help me with some advice.
I am currently working in a Fintech company(IT) for last 2 years. The work environment here is quite toxic and I am under a bond which ends after 6 more months. But now I feel the water has crossed the line and I am not able to bear the toxicity and pressure. I can't pay the bond amount but rather I can't even stay here anymore. 
I am thinking of absconding them.
Will it really affect my career and will getting jobs get difficult? Considering I have a good skill set.

I don’t have any documentation of 1st company in my PF account, but I don't consider it as part of my work experience. Its just 5 months I was in that company.

I have employment bond of 1 year, I just completed 2 months here and I’m not liking the old technology (80’s technology) I’ve been assigned here. The salary is hardly sufficient to lead a basic life too. 
I'm getting calls from Naukri for Java backend roles where I could see myself in the future. 

How do I handle notice period of 3 months if I get an offer and do I really have to pay them 1 lakh as penalty if I leave ?

There company names CSM Technology and Luminous Technology based in Odisha, they are signing bond from Engineers for 3 years and also keeping their valuable B-Tech Certificate so they they don’t leave them and join a better company.. Both have zero business model and highly dependent on Government project which they get by bribing Ciivil Servants.!

Hi everyone, I'm a BTech 4th year student interning at a company.

They first made me sign a bond of 18 months starting from the internship period.(nov 2022) 

Firstly they asked me to learn .NET framework completely and so I did within 2 months.

My role is supposed to be .Net developer, but now they are making me work for almost 15 hrs a day doing copy paste work of SQL statements and it's really tiring. (4,83,000 lines)
