How to get reviews about a small start up /smaller company if no reviews are found in ambition box or glass door?
I am in a discussion with joining a firm with 50-100 employees and they have their client as Outcomes (which has 1k+ employees). Now I am reaching out to people on LinkedIn not able to get complete ideas about work/pay or anything. So how would you checkout for review/salary ranges in such cases of joining a small firms? TIA

Title yourself as their competitor and start a social trend as to why you are good, people will join automatically.

Glassdoor and ambition box also get manipulated a lot by startups Hr teams. You should connect with ex employees of the startups via LinkedIn.

Just reach out to ex employees or current employees on linkedin. They give you the most real picture
