How to tackle 90 days notice period
For switching to other company I gone through around 10 interviews in last 2 months but all were concerned about my official notice period of 90 days. How to tackle this 90 days notice period..any suggestions pls???
Best to ask these companies thier own notice period, which would als be 90 days. Enquire and shame them.

I used to put my notice period as 2 months. Got offers from companies I would not join-resigned from the current company and continue interviewing.
But then how did you deal with recruiter when asked about your notice period knowing well that telling 90 days np might turn them away?
I never used to mention it-to them, my notice period is 60 days
