How to tackle Kiddos mentality
Has anyone come across this situation and how would you have tackled them to have a peace of mind. A guy is frustrated with some colleagues who resist better suggestions, acting like we're challenging their way of doing things. They waste days on tasks that could be solved quickly with a little help. When asked, they respond defensively, questioning our capabilities and dismissing ideas as unnecessary. It's irritating how some take everything personally and seem to think they're superior. Instead of being open to collaboration, they insist on overcomplicating things. Sure, they have four years of experience, but that doesn't mean they know everything. We should be able to ask for help without being judged. It's important to stay humble and learn from those who have very good hands on/grip on certain tech or taught processes. These are good engineers as well but they have the above issues
